Sandia had created thousands of end-user training and support resources for its users using Oracle UPK and did not want to let these valuable training materials go to waste. In 2022, they evaluated datango against other products on the market—including uPerform, WalkMe, TTS, and Assima—to convert all the training content they had created. After extensive testing, Sandia selected datango’s on-premises solution as its training and support platform in 2023.

Solution & Result
The existing content was transferred to the datango platform in a bulk conversion that took less than a day. Sandia then began editing the existing content with its own business process managers and creating new content in other IT applications. To date, Sandia has thousands of content items across multiple enterprise IT applications and plans to expand the use of datango across its entire IT landscape to include additional U.S. government employees and contractors.
